PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Vernon Township Council is scheduled in the Municipal Building, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey for Monday, December 29, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be: for the public hearing/approval of ordinance 25-17 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF VERNON, COUNTY OF SUSSEX, NEW JERSEY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A LONG TERM TAX EXEMPTION AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH OMEGA DRIVE REDEVELOPMENT URBAN RENEWAL, LLC. Action will be taken.
