Calling all plant lovers, garden growers, propagating pros…and those of us who somehow came home with another plant we definitely had room for.
Join Vernon Township Recreation for our Fall Plant Swap and give your extra plants, cuttings, seeds, bulbs, and garden goodies a new home while finding something new to take home with you!
Bring along your healthy plants and plant-related items to swap with fellow members of the community. Houseplants, outdoor plants, rooted cuttings, propagated babies, seeds, bulbs and other garden goodies are all welcome!
• Please bring only healthy, pest-free plants
• Label plants/cuttings when possible
• Bring bags, boxes or something to carry your new plant babies home
• You don't need to be a plant expert—beginners are absolutely welcome!
This is a fun opportunity to trade instead of buy, meet other local plant lovers, share gardening knowledge and maybe go home with a plant you've had on your wish list.
So start checking those propagation jars and dividing those overachieving plants—we'll see you at the swap!
