Don Cousor, Jim Molloy: Horseshoe pits—group will get sponsors and work with town on supplies and work by volunteers. Paid for by the group. Town may have to put a “little” $$$ up front until they get going. Discussion that it may be better behind the PAL building since “drinking is permitted” there and not on municipal property. PAL and MGP instead of Vernon Crossings and MGP. Discussion on away from the children. 60' by 60' maybe by the back end of MGP. 4-6 pits.

Meet to look at possible locations to use. Friday March 26, 2010 at 5 p.m. start at PAL.

Balance of meeting was spent on use of concession building and the snack bar at Vernon Crossings and the running thereof. See attached.
