Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 23, P.L. 1975 adequate notice as defined by Section 3D, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 has been caused to be made to the following: The New Jersey Herald, daily and Sunday, AIM and the Advertiser-News, and is posted on the bulletin board reserved for that purpose in the Vernon Municipal Center.

Discussion of Vernon Day.

Vernon Day
Completed list of those attending and set up plan of each group’s location on field. Food groups would be in the parking lot. Food groups are responsible for food permit.
Friday the buildings will be open to set store items for next day.
Day of event open from 7 a.m. to start set up.
Mrs. Paladini will look into golf carts with the cart for use to help vendors set up.
Vernon day will be paying for additional Port a Johns.
Generator will be available for the day. Some groups are bringing one.
Meeting set up for Friday to finalize locations of vendors.
Ribbon cutting will be at 1:00 p.m.
Old Business
Robert Barrett not showing up and not responding. Motion to vote Robert off due to new regulations, JR/MEV passes.
