Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, PL 1975, adequate notice as defined in Section 3D of Chapter 231, PL 1975 of this regular meeting has been provided to the public and the press on January 29, 2019 by delivering to the press such notice and posting same at the municipal building and filed with the office of the township clerk as well as posted on the township website.

LAND USE BOARD LIAISON REPORT
- Amended land fill ordinance: Some fine tuning
- Vape shops were discussed and though thought to be harmful, did not recommend township regulations—in terms of sales.
- Short term rentals were discussed in some detail re: possible regulation, registration, identification and taxation—in part to level the tax levy field with hotels etc. and to provide agents of responsibility in case of a negative event.

Minor Site Plan - LU# 10-19-8 - Reviewed plans—No EC comment.
The status of the NRI update was discussed briefly. I (CW) took time to further explore the NJ Highlands mapping to see if it fit our needs and concluded that there were significant differences re: scope and needed outside help. The takeaway was that a grant application to ANJEC was appropriate and necessary.
3 Silver Spruce Dumping
3 Silver Spruce dumping was discussed briefly. Guilty on all counts and seeking “assets” to offset costs.
Single Use Plastic Restrictions
Proposals re single use plastic restrictions and garbage disposal regulations were approved and were forwarded to the town clerk. At this point looking to the state to handle the issues.
