REDEMPTION OVERPAYMENT
WHEREAS, there is a 1992 Municipally held Tax Title Lien
WHEREAS, James A Houlgrave has redeemed the 1992 Tax Title Lien Certificate #0091/92
WHEREAS, the redemption occurred prior to the date given
WHEREAS, there was a typo graphed error on the redemption calculation which caused the overpayment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Vernon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, hereby authorize the Township Treasurer to issue a check for said overpayment and authorize the Tax Collector to refund said overpayment on the following account:
