CANCEL CREDIT BALANCE – ASSISTANCE TO FIREFIGHTERS GRANT

WHEREAS, there is a credit balance in the amount of $1.00 for the 2004 Assistance to Firefighters Grant receivable, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the credit be cancelled.

CERTIFICATION

I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of the resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Vernon at their Regular Meeting held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Vernon Municipal Center.
