RESOLUTION #R07-207

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN – 2006 AUDIT

WHEREAS, the 2006 Audit was delivered in August, 2007 and regulations promulgated by the Single Audit Act and the Division of Local Government Services requires that a corrective action plan to be prepared within 60 days; and

WHEREAS, these regulations further require approval of that plan within 60 days of audit receipt by the Township Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Vernon that the corrective action plan for the 2006 audit prepared by the Township Chief Financial Officer be approved.

CERTIFICATION

I hereby certify that the above resolutions are true copies of the resolutions adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Vernon at their Regular Meeting held on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Vernon Municipal Center.
