RESOLUTION #R07-206

AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND TOWNSHIP CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH NET ACCESS CORPORATION

WHEREAS, the Net Access Corporation currently leases space from Vernon in the building formerly known as the Faline Building; and

WHEREAS the parties desire to extend the lease agreement through December 31, 2007.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Vernon, Sussex County and State of New Jersey.

1. The Mayor and Township Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the lease extension agreement with the Net Access Corporation for the term set forth herein.

2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption according to law.

CERTIFICATION

I hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true copy of the Resolution adopted by the Vernon Township Council at their regular meeting held on Monday, the 24th day of September, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Vernon Municipal Building, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey.
