SUPPORTING THE FARMLAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR 2008 FUNDING

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Township Council of the Township of Vernon in the county of Sussex, State of New Jersey, does hereby support the Farmland Preservation Program and gives preliminary approval of the following application for the 2008 County Easement Purchase Funding Round.

I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of the resolution adopted by the Vernon Township Council at their regular meeting held on Monday, September 24, 2007 in the Vernon Municipal Center, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey.
