RESOLUTION #R07-129

VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT MEMBERSHIP

WHEREAS, the Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department (McAfee Fire Department) has selected Thomas J. Murray III for membership, and

WHEREAS, the Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department has requested the Township of Vernon to authorize and direct the Township Clerk to execute the N.J. State Firemen’s Association Form 100 Rev. 2/04.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of Vernon, New Jersey that the Township Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute N.J. Firemen’s Association Form 100 Rev. 2/04 for Thomas J. Murray III as requested by the Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department.

CERTIFICATION

I hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true copy of the Resolution adopted by the Vernon Township Council at their regular meeting held on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Vernon Municipal Building, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey.
