Functions
and Duties
The
Township Manager serves as a Chief Executive and Administrative
Official of the municipality. This responsibility includes
preparation of the annual municipal budget, execution
of all laws and ordinances of the municipality, appointment
and removal of staff, contract negotiations, recommendations
on and execution of municipal improvements as determined
by the Township Council, and recommendations to the Township
Council on all matters related to the operation of the
municipal government.
