1. Resolution # 07-187; Authorizing and Directing the Mayor and Township Clerk to Execute an Agreement with Hatch Mott MacDonald for Project Administration & Inspection on Behalf of Township of Vernon During Construction of Replacement on Pump Station # 1 – Sand Hill Road.

2. Resolution #07-188; Authorizing and Directing the Mayor and Township Clerk to Execute a Loan Agreement Between the Lake Wanda Property Owners Association, Inc. and the State of New Jersey By and For the Department of Environmental Protection as Co-Borrower.
