1. First reading tonight:
a. Ordinance #07-18; An Ordinance Authorizing the Collection of a Tax of Two (2) Cents Per One Hundred (100) Dollars of Assessed Value, to be Dedicated to the Preservation of Farmland and Other Open Space and, in Part, the Recreational Use of Open Space, Said Tax to be Collected for a Period of Five (5) Years Beginning in the Year 2008.

b. Ordinance #07-31; Authorizing the Acquisition of Real Property Located at Part of Block 184 Lots 1.03 and 1.04 and a Fifty Foot Right of Way in the Township of Vernon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey.
