1. First reading tonight:
a. Ordinance # 07-19; An Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of a real property Easement on Block 141.01 Lot 3 from Frank Primavera for Wastewater System.
b. Ordinance #07-22; An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of a Right of Way for road purposes and drainage easement to the County of Sussex for Block 232 Lot 12
c. Ordinance #07-23; An Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of a Real Property Easement on Block 148 Lots 3 & 4 from the Episcopal Diocese of Newark for Sewer Facilities.
d. Ordinance #07-24; Bond Ordinance Providing for the Improvement of Maple Grange Park in and by the Township of Vernon, in the County of Sussex, New Jersey, Appropriating $2,100,000 therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $2,000,000 Bonds or Notes of the Township for Financing such Appropriation.
