1. First reading tonight:
a. Ordinance # 07-19; An Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of a real property Easement on Block 141.01 Lot 3 from Frank Primavera for use for Wastewater System.

b. Ordinance # 07-20; An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of a right-of-way; temporary construction easement and quit claim deed on Block 142 Lot 7 to the County of Sussex for maintenance of Route 515.

2. Future consideration:
a. Ordinance #07-18; An Ordinance authorizing the collection of a tax of $0.02 per $100.00 of assessed value, to be dedicated to the preservation of Open Space and in part the recreational use of Open Space; said tax to be collected for a period of 5 years beginning in the year 2008.

b. Ordinance #07-21; An Ordinance authorizing the Township to sign a Lease Agreement with Vernon Township Historical Society.
