RESOLUTION
VERNON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR
2008

WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 requires certain public bodies to comply with the provisions of Section 13 of said Act:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Vernon as follows:

1. The regularly scheduled meetings will be held in the Vernon Municipal Center, located on Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey at 7:30 p.m. on the following dates (first Wednesday of each month):

February 6, 2008
March 5, 2008
April 2, 2008
May 7, 2008
June 4, 2008
July 2, 2008
August 6, 2008
September 3, 2008
October 1, 2008
November 5, 2008
December 3, 2008

2. Site Inspections will be held the Saturday before the meeting on the following dates at 9:00 a.m.:

September 27, 2008

3. A copy of this resolution shall be posted on the Municipal Building bulletin board reserved for that purpose.

4. Copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the following newspapers:

1. The New Jersey Herald and Sunday Herald.
2. The Star Ledger
3. The Advertiser News.

5. A copy of this resolution shall also be filed with the Township Clerk and mailed to any person who requests it and who has paid the fee established by the public body to cover the cost of providing that notice.
