Notice is posted on the bulletin board and filed with the office of the Township Clerk.

McAfee Village Redevelopment Plan Ordinance (PDF) – Discussion Topics for the Work Shop Sessions for July 18th, July 31st, August 2nd and August 15th.

1. Review environmental constraints and opportunities of properties in the McAfee Redevelopment area; discuss ideas or plans submitted by interested property owners.

2. Review land use options; decide if the area should be reduced to smaller sub-areas; discuss density and building heights; determine impact on municipal services.

3. Review architectural style; develop criteria for design standards; finalize land use by type and density.

4. Present redevelopment plan ordinance based on consensus of discussions for review and consideration; summarize findings for presentation to the Township Council.
