TOWNSHIP OF VERNON
ORDINANCE #07-44

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 250, FEES AND ESCROWS, OF THE VERNON TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE CODE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Vernon, County of Sussex and State of New Jersey that the following provisions of the Administrative Code shall be amended as follows.

1. §250-9

(E): Sound Recording Tapes – Actual cost of materials and supplies.

2. §250-11

A (2): Copy of audiotape - Actual cost of materials and supplies.
A (3): Copy of videotape - Actual cost of materials and supplies.
A (4): Copies of non-criminal reports including incident and accident reports
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (5): Copies of accident report requested by mail
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (6): Copies of criminal reports and other discovery
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (7): Copies of subpoenaed materials
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (8): Computer records of accident or incident analysis
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (9): Copies of incident reports, criminal/non-criminal reports
          Pages 1 to 10 - $.75 per page
          Pages 11 to 20- $.50 per page
          Pages over 20 - $.25 per page
A (10): Photographs photocopied - Actual cost of materials and supplies.

3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are repealed to the extent necessary.

4. If any article, section, subsection, term or condition of this Ordinance is declared invalid or illegal for any reason, the balance of the Ordinance shall be deemed severable and shall remain in full force and effect.

5. This Ordinance shall take effect after publication and passage according to law.

NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the above Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at the regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Vernon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey held in the Municipal Building on the           day of           , 2007, and the same came up for final passage at the regular meeting of the Township Council held on the           day of           , 2007, at which time, after persons interested were given the opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance, the same was passed and will be in full force and effect in the Township of Vernon according to law.
