VERNON
TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE #03-37
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, IN PART, ORDINANCES # 02-12 AND
#03-06 ESTABLISHING TOWNSHIP FEES AND ESCROWS AS RELATED
TO FIRE BUREAU FEES AND ELECTRICAL SUBCODE FEES
BE
IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of
Vernon, County of Sussex, and State of New Jersey that
Section 4 of the Township Fees and Escrows, Fire Bureau
Fees, shall be deleted and replaced with the following;
and Section 8, Electrical Subcode shall be amended as
follows:
1.
Section 4 of Ordinance #02-12, Fire Bureau Fees, delete
current language and add "Fees shall be in accordance
with N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.9."
2. Section 4 of Ordinance #03-06 amending Section 8 of
Ordinance #02-12, Electrical Subcode, delete "Fees shall
be in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.20."
3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions
that are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance
are repealed to the extent necessary.
4.
If any article, section, subsection, term or condition
of this Ordinance is declared invalid or illegal for any
reason, the balance of the Ordinance shall be deemed severable
and shall remain in full force and effect.
5. This Ordinance shall take effect after publication
and passage according to law.
NOTICE
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above ordinance was introduced
and passed on first reading at the Regular Meeting of
the Township Council of the Township of Vernon in the
County of Sussex, State of New Jersey held in the Municipal
Building on October 6, 2003 and the same came up for final
passage at the Regular Meetingof the Township Council
held on November 10, 2003, at which time, after persons
interested were given an opportunity to be heard concerning
said ordinance, the same was passed and will be in full
force in the Township according to law.
