AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S1152 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF VERNON,
NJ COMPREHENSIVE LAND DEVELOPMENT SUBCODE

Whereas,
the Vernon Township Council, in an effort to provide clarification
to existing S1152 of the Comprehensive Land Development
Subcode and reduce problems stemming from the parking

six (6) acres in size, and said vehicle shall be limited
to vehicles which are no more than 26' in length and have
a GVW rating of 17,500, or is a school bus, and this provision
shall not be construed to limit the number and type of
commercial vehicles in use on a farm and in connection
with farming operations conducted on the property.

at least ten days prior to the adoption of this Ordinance
to the County Planning Board and to all other persons

that are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance
are repealed to the extent necessary.
4. If any article, section, subsection, term or condition
of this Ordinance is declared invalid or illegal for any
reason, the balance of the Ordinance shall be deemed severable
and shall remain in full force and effect.
5. This Ordinance shall take effect after publication
and passage according to law.
