Farmers Market Returns to Vernon

The farmers market is opening as planned! CDC guidelines for social distancing will be in place. Online ordering for curbside pickup is in the works. One way in, one way out. Vendors will be 10 feet apart, please keep a minimum of 6 feet apart from other patrons. Restrooms will NOT be open. No children at this time please. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK.

Vernon’s Greenway Action Advisory Committee (GAAC) and recreation department are pleased to announce the return of the farmers market beginning May 9, 2020.

The market will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the municipal lot on Church Street across from town hall on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, May through October:

  • June 13
  • June 27
  • July 11
  • July 25
  • August 8
  • August 22
  • September 12
  • September 26
  • October 10
  • October 24

Are you a vendor interested in participating? Vendor products must be handmade and/or locally sourced. The vendor application fee is $200.00 if paid by April 15th or can be done in two installments of $110.00 each due on April 15th and July 1st.
