Volunteers needed for water stations, race marshals
Need sponsors and a family in need for donations
Vernon Day—June 7
We are beginning to get vendor applications
Same place—field between Cedar Mountain and Glen Meadow
7:00 set up—volunteers needed for set up and break down
Snowshoe Recap
- All participants appeared to have a great time.
- We are discussing a cut-off time—if not a Cabriolet at 10:00, snowshoers must go down on lift.
- An email went out to thank all participants. All agree that the earlier start time is better.
- Suggestions for next year:
- Link for snowshoe purchase on registration site must be removed
- More signage needed in certain spots
- Possibility of spray painting arrows on snow
- Emphasize more team spirit
- Maybe a discount for families or new participants

6:00 on Tuesdays, 8:00 or 9:00 on Saturdays

10 am—4pm
Need background or some type of frame for Rec. Board “Earthfest Selfie Table“
Props are needed (made out of recycled materials) for participants to use in photos

Memorial Day Parade—May 25
VFW wants to make parade bigger than last year, looking for ideas
Sammis Road is the route
