Basic construction fee.

Lot development plan review. Vernon Township shall provide for soil erosion inspections and enforcement, which was previously handled by Sussex County Soil Conservation Office. The fee for such services shall be $250.00, which shall be added to the current fee of $450.00 for a total of $700.00. This fee shall apply to new single-family residential development only. |
