Vernon Township shall provide for soil erosion inspections and enforcement, which was previously handled by Sussex County Soil Conservation Office. The fee for such services shall be $250.00, which shall be added to the current fee of $450.00 for a total of $700.00. This fee shall apply to new single-family residential development only. |
